Members Fee
Becoming a member of Furlongout Racing and signing up to receive our tipster email is easy, just click on the Pay Now link at the bottom of this page and pay the #1.00 fee via Paypal. This action will ensure that your email address is sent to our inbox. By joining, every member is signing up to place a £3.00 bet on each selection received from Furlongout (upto a maximum of 2 selections per day).  
Winnings from the selections will be paid to Furlongout by the member, on the following Monday via the Pay page on the Furlongout website. The member will keep the stake money if the selection pays out. The initial membership fee of £1.00 will, in every instance, be non-refundable. 

Payment Dates and Membership
Payment dates will be every Monday via the Pay page on the Furlongout website.

Winnings Not Received
If winnings are not recieved from the member by the Furlongout Administrator then it will be deemed that the membership is no longer required and thus membership will be revoked and no further selection emails will be sent to the customers email address. The membership fee of £1.00 will be forfeited. Any monies outstanding maybe recovered using outside agencies as decided by the Furlongout Administrator.  

Email Cessation
If any member wishes to cease the selection emails they can achieve this by sending an email to admin@furlongout.com. Emails will cease immediatley. 

Additional Terms and Conditions
Furlongout reserves ther right to refuse membership to any individual or group whom Furlonout deem unsuitable to receive their selection email eg: Persons under the legal age to gamble.   By taking out membership you accept in full all the terms and conditions outlined and agree to comply with them at all times. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice by posting the changes to our website. 

You accept that if you are resident outside the UK, you must satisfy yourself that you are lawfully able to receive our services.

Members must be aware that not every bet will win. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance and Furlongout is not bound by any assurance that profits will be achieved.

No responsibility can be taken for any loss, financial or otherwise from following any advice given either on this website or within any e-mails from Furlongout.

All persons connected with the production of this site and or the supply of information shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage that may result from the use or non-use of such information.

In no event shall Furlongout be liable to you for perceived or actual lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in relation to the provision of the services or the provision of information.
