Q) At what time will I receive my email with the selection or selections?

 

A) Furlongout endeavours to send emails as soon as possible on a racing day but we have a cut off time of 12:30 on the day so 12:30 should be the latest time a customer receives the email.  

 

 

Q) I want to cancel the emails I am getting for a while how do I this?

 

A)  This is simplicity itself, just send an email to theboss@furlongout.com requesting that emails cease. To start the service again then send us an email requesting us to re-start sending the emails.

 

 

Q) Due to exchange work in my area, I will be unable to pay you on the Monday when you open your Paypal payment page , I do not want my memberships terminating so what should I do?

 

A) If possible let us know if you are aware of any issues that may stop you sending payment to us. We will hold your membership open.

 

 

 

Q) Are there different ways to pay you as I don't have a Paypal account?

 

A) Sorry, we only accept payment by Paypal.

 

 

 

Q) I have had my email address sold to other gambling and tipping sites and organisations, will this happen once I join Furlongout?

 

A) Furlongout will only use your email address to send you your selections, on no account will your personal information be sold, given away or used inappropriately.   

 

 

Q) I placed £3.00 on a 7/2 winner so how much do I need to send you?

 

A) First of all never send us the stake money of £3.00 per selection, just the winnings thanks. Therefore on the above bet it would be £3.00 x 3.5 = £10.50

Payment is every Monday, not every day.
